Who processes your data

What data and why

• Session bookings (name, email, optional phone, time, chosen session): to arrange, confirm and remind you of the session. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Questions and messages (name, email, phone, message): to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.
• Training tips by email (email): sending tips. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw any time by replying.
• Visit source (UTM parameters such as "instagram"): to understand where visitors come from. We do not store IP addresses with this data.

Who we share it with

Only processors that help run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, database, Turnstile spam protection, cookieless analytics), Cal.com (booking calendar), Resend (email delivery). Some processors may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long

Bookings and messages are kept for [TODO: retention period, e.g. 3 years after last contact]; tip subscriptions until consent is withdrawn.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. The Cal.com calendar and Turnstile may store strictly necessary data to work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
