Provider

Booking

You book online. A booking is valid once confirmed by email. A session request sent via the form is valid only once confirmed by the trainer.

Price and payment

Current prices are on the pricing page. Payment method: [TODO: cash / transfer / card, when payable]. Gym entry: [TODO: included / paid separately per Fitness Star prices].

Cancelling and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule via the link in your confirmation email at least [TODO: number of hours] before the start. For later cancellations or no-shows [TODO: the session is forfeited / a fee applies].

Health and liability

Please tell the trainer about any health limits, injuries or pregnancy before training. Training is not medical care; consult a doctor if you have health issues. You train at your own risk, following the trainer's instructions and the gym rules.
